Now when I meet my clients, I do what I did with Ted, it’s the same thing. I talk in the same way, slowly and wait to see if they are understanding.
Talk With Ted is now available in a new face-to-face workshop format. It has been developed to allow your staff to reflect on their current communication practices, while also providing an opportunity to consider changes to their approach.
During the workshop, learners will be guided through the content using an adaptive learning approach, which focuses on improving gaps in individual’s knowledge and skills.
