This workshop explores emotional style and identiﬁes the value of understanding how emotions impact when working with people with dementia and when working as part of a team. It offers you ideas and strategies to work with the variety of emotions that arise in the workplace to enhance a greater sense of wellbeing for clients, workers and teams.
